Psalm 119:33-35 (NLT) Teach me Your decrees, O Lord; I will keep them to the end. Give me understanding and I will obey Your instructions; I will put them into practice with all my heart. Make me walk along the path of Your commands, for that is where my happiness is found.
Ladies, as we approach the end of the year and step into 2021, let’s make it our aim to be godly women driven for the Lord’s purpose by:
*Reading and applying God’s Word to our lives.
*Praying according to His perfect will for our lives and accepting His answers/plans even though we may not agree with them. Remember, He knows what’s best for each of us.
*Fully exercising the gifts and talents He has entrusted to each one of us while using them for His glory.
*Being intentional in always taking a bold and fearless stand for truth and righteousness. There is no room for compromise.
*Prayerfully ask God to mold and transform you into a strong godly woman of integrity not giving into the lies and the deception of the enemy. We will not walk in the counsel of the ungodly.
Psalm 1:1-2 says “Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor sits in the seat of the scornful; but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night.”
As we solely depend on the Lord and stand on His unchanging Word, we will be godly women driven for God’s divine purpose doing those things which are well pleasing to our Heavenly Father while fulfilling His call on our lives. We will not be moved or shaken by who or what the enemy uses to try to distract us. Instead, we will pray without ceasing and move forward in the plans and purposes of God while trusting in Him.
Pray and ask God to transform you into the godly woman He desires you to be for His purpose.
Psalm 119:44-48 (NLT) I will keep on obeying Your instructions forever and ever. I will walk in freedom, for I have devoted myself to Your commandments. I will speak to kings about Your laws, and I will not be ashamed. How I delight in Your commands! How I love them! I honor and love Your commands. I meditate on Your decrees.
Psalm 143:10 (NKJV) Teach me to do Your will, for You are my God; Your Spirit is good. Lead me in the land of uprightness.
