Luke 9:51 Now it came to pass, when the time had come for Him to be received up, that He steadfastly set His face to go to Jerusalem.

Jesus was set on doing His Father’s will which was to go to the cross and die for the sins of humanity, so that anyone who will believe and place their faith in Him will have eternal life.

As Christ set His face to carry out His Father’s will, we should follow His example and set our hearts to do His will. Fulfill the Lord’s calling in your life. Imitate Jesus and live your life in full obedience to Him.
