Exodus 14:13-14

And Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.”

There will be times in our lives when we are faced with ridicule and rejection for being a follower of Christ. In those moments, Jesus wants us to stand still, trust in Him, and refrain from fighting fire with fire. As ambassadors for Christ, we need to hold fast to the Lord, pray for those who mistreat us, reflect the heart of our Savior, and trust that the Lord will fight for us. Our battles have already been won because we have victory through Christ Jesus.

Stand still, praise Him, and watch as the Lord will work everything out for your good and for His glory.
