Hi Beauties, 😘❤️
I hope that you all are doing well. We are officially in our ninth month for our godly husband prayer challenge. We are going to take a different route this month. We normally pray for two qualities, but for this month, we are only going to focus on one. In November, we will pray for two and finish the year strong with quality 2️⃣0️⃣.
Today, October 2️⃣0️⃣th, 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣0️⃣, we will be lifting up quality #17 listed below. As mentioned before, the number 2️⃣0️⃣ will be our theme for this prayer challenge. Please choose a timeframe that works best for you (ex: 7:20am, 9:20am, 12:20pm, 3:20pm, 5:20pm, or 8:20pm). And please pray for 2️⃣0️⃣ minutes for the quality listed below in regards to your godly husband (if the Lord has made this promise to you):
Quality #17: Please pray and ask the Lord to mold your godly husband into a man who will remain faithful to you until the Lord calls him home or vice versa.
I love the story of Boaz and Ruth. It chronicles the life of Naomi, Ruth, and her groom, Boaz. It’s a story of restoration, redemption, and true love found. Boaz was a man who was found to be faithful, loving, caring, kind, patient, and a protector. The Lord brought Ruth to him and he cherished her. Boaz didn’t take advantage of the gift that God had entrusted to him. He was a man of one woman. He loved Ruth and he was faithful to her.
Ladies, please pray and ask the Lord to mold your godly husband into a faithful man who bears Boaz characteristics – a man who will truly love you for you, a man who has eyes only for you, a man who will take care of you, a man who will be kind to you, and a man who will always protect you. Nothing is impossible with God!
Ruth 2:8-9 Then Boaz said to Ruth, “Listen carefully, my daughter. Do not go to glean in another field; furthermore, do not go on from this one, but stay here with my maids. Let your eyes be on the field which they reap, and go after them. Indeed, I have commanded the servants not to touch you. When you are thirsty, go to the water jars and drink from what the servants draw.”
Ruth 3:10-11 Then he said, “May you be blessed of the Lord, my daughter. You have shown your last kindness to be better than the first by not going after young men, whether poor or rich. Now, my daughter, do not fear. I will do for you whatever you ask, for all my people in the city know that you are a woman of excellence.”
Ruth 4:13a So Boaz took Ruth, and she became his wife.
