Hi Ladies, 😘❤️
Where has the summer gone? I can’t believe that it’s almost over. I hope that each of you are doing well.
We are officially in our seventh month for our godly husband prayer challenge. Today, August 2️⃣0️⃣th, 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣0️⃣, we will be lifting up qualities 13 and 14 listed below. As mentioned before, the number 2️⃣0️⃣ will be our theme for this prayer challenge. Please choose a timeframe that works best for you (ex: 7:20am, 9:20am, 12:20pm, 3:20pm, 5:20pm, or 8:20pm). And please pray for 2️⃣0️⃣ minutes in total for the qualities listed below in regards to your godly husband (if the Lord has made this promise to you):
Quality 13: Please pray for the Lord to transform your godly husband of promise into a man who will encourage and uplift you in your walk with Jesus as well as someone who will support you in your ministry calling.
1 Thessalonians 5:11 (ESV) Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.
Ladies, please pray for the Lord to mold your godly husband of promise into a man who consistently reflects these character traits:
Ladies, it’s important to pray for and ask the Lord to bless you with a godly gift for a husband:
Please pray and ask the Lord to mold your godly husband into a great encourager.
Hebrews 10:24 (ESV) And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works.
Quality 14: Please pray for the Lord to transform your godly husband of promise into a good shepherd for you and your family.
1 John 3:18 (NIV) Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth.
Sisters, please pray and ask the Lord to transform your godly husband of promise into a good shepherd for your sake as well as for the sake of your family. According to the 1828 Webster’s Dictionary, the word shepherd is defined as “a man employed in tending, feeding, and guarding sheep in the pasture”.
Pray and ask the Lord to bless you with a godly shepherd who maintains these qualities:
Please pray for the Lord to transform your Boaz not only into a good shepherd, but one who continually reflects the heart of Jesus.
Ruth 2:8-9 Then Boaz said to Ruth, “You will listen, my daughter, will you not? Do not go to glean in another field, nor go from here, but stay close by my young women. Let your eyes be on the field which they reap, and go after them. Have I not commanded the young men not to touch you? And when you are thirsty, go to the vessels and drink from what the young men have drawn.”
Ruth 2:14-16 Now Boaz said to her at mealtime, “Come here, and eat of the bread, and dip your piece of bread in the vinegar.” So she sat beside the reapers, and he passed parched grain to her; and she ate and was satisfied, and kept some back. And when she rose up to glean, Boaz commanded his young men, saying, “Let her glean even among the sheaves, and do not reproach her. Also let grain from the bundles fall purposely for her; leave it that she may glean, and do not rebuke her.”
